I've bought this printer after much research on other printers. It's fax function is useful, scanner works great with color imaging, you can choose resolution to adjust file size, I like the software they provide to scan pics and pdfs, print speed is good enough (it might be slower than some of Brother products, but it really doesn't make that much of a difference). It has double sided print and scan, highly recommend this one.

Never liked this printer from day one, would not hold paper settings, tells us it is out of paper when it isn't and now doesn't work at all
